Application Requirements
The Master’s in International Business and Policy in Dubai Admissions Committee uses a holistic approach when making an admissions decision. We encourage you to review the application requirements in detail to understand what the Admissions Committee is looking for with regard to each application component.
All interested IBP Dubai candidates are encouraged to submit an application as early as possible and to review our detailed application instructions.
Application Deadlines
The application for the IBP Dubai program’s September 2026 start is now open. We will review applications for the September 2026 start during the following rounds.

Tuition and Financial Resources
The tuition fees for the September 2025 intake are USD $81,840 + VAT payable in three installments.
The tuition fee covers teaching fees, all academic materials, access to the university library, and IT services at the DIFC Academy and on Georgetown University campus in Washington, D.C. In addition, during the days students are attending classes in Dubai, coffee breaks, lunches, and occasional dinners also will be covered.
The tuition fee includes accommodations when students are participating in week-long residencies in Washington, D.C. and Jakarta, but it does not cover accommodation when students attend classes in Dubai. The tuition fee also does not cover transport to any location during the program.
Scholarships
Scholarships for IBP Dubai students recognize professionals shaping dialogue between business, government, and society across the MENASA region and the world. Applicants must include a scholarship essay and may receive only one award.

Lana Dajani
Director of Admissions and Business Development
Lana Dajani is the director of admissions and business development for Georgetown University’s programs in Dubai, where she oversees admissions, recruitment, and marketing. With more than 15 years of experience spanning higher education and the private sector, she brings expertise in business development, strategic planning, and student recruitment. Before joining Georgetown, Dajani worked with Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in Dubai, leading initiatives across admissions, operations, and business development. In addition to her professional roles, she is the author of two children’s books, reflecting her passion for education and storytelling. A proud Georgetown alumna, she holds a B.S. in Foreign Service and an M.A. in International Law.
